Rails, a global contemporary apparel and lifestyle company, is seeking a Social Media Manager to fully manage Rails' Social function, from content creation to execution. Ideal candidate will have proven experience in successful brand storytelling through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social content strategy for @rails + @mr.rails social media accounts
- Create original content (editorial, video, GIF, still imagery, etc.) to promote the visibility and voice of Rails, while growing brand affinity and conversion
- Create and manage posting calendar for all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Oversee daily community management across all platforms and work closely with Customer Service team to manage inquires in a timely manner
- Monitor content analytics and create monthly reports on performance
- Identify brand relevant influencers and assist PR team in regular product seeding
- Monitor latest trends in the digital marketplace, ensuring Rails is always on the cutting edge of social engagement
- Work cross-functionally with Ecomm, Sales, Marketing and Art Teams to amplify cohesive brand voice and messaging
- Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media or Content Marketing – background in contemporary apparel preferred
- Photo and video editing experience is a must. Experience can be limited to iPhone but candidates must be well-versed in editing apps and creating on-brand content quickly
- Broad knowledge of social media, digital media, influencer-marketing and earned media
- Strong copywriting skills highly preferred, with ability to create clear compelling copy to build engagement
- Creative strategic thinker, with ability to alternate between working independently and as a collaborator within teams
- Strong project/time-management skills, and capability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and organized
